Placing an order on the Website is an offer to buy. An order is only accepted once we send an order confirmation and payment is successfully captured. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limits, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Every confirmed order is assigned a unique tracking ID (for example, RB-2A7C4K). You can use it on our “Track order” page to follow your order through Placed, Roasting, Packed, Shipped and Delivered stages.

We sell two categories only: whole coffee beans and ground coffee, made from AAA-grade, 100% pure Arabica. Products are roasted, ground and packed in small batches in India.

We make every effort to display product details — roast level, net weight, tasting notes and pack imagery — accurately. Coffee is a natural product; slight variations in taste, aroma or appearance between batches are normal and not a defect.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price shown at the time your payment is captured is the price you pay.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card or bank details. Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment process.

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative; actual delivery depends on your location and the courier. Once shipped, you can track your parcel with your tracking ID and, where shared, the courier’s own tracking link.

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Please ensure it is correct and complete. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our control.

Coffee is a perishable food product. For food safety, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used packs unless the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at raskbind@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your tracking ID and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines after that depend on your bank or card issuer.

You agree to use raskbindcoffee.com only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or customer data.

All content on the Website — text, logos, pack designs, images and layout — belongs to Raskbind Coffee Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute or reuse it without written permission.

Bulk supply quotes are provided separately from these Terms. Submitting a wholesale enquiry does not create a binding supply agreement until both parties confirm pricing, quantity and terms in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raskbind Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
